Last night saw the first our chat dedicated to language teachers in Ireland. A few contributed and many were looking in. Our next rendez-vous in Tuesday September 16th at 8.30pm. The topics which will be disccuss are:

A friendly chat between language teachers to help and encourage each other. Since I have been on Twitter, I have gain so much encouragement and so many ideas so this could be a way of sharing more. No need to be an expert in anything. I am a great believer we can all learn from each other. So let's do it tonight and every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. See you there I hope! Back in June, a discussion took place on Twitter between several language teachers. We ended up agreeing that it would be a good idea to have a twice monthly (1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month 8.30 to 9.30pm) to share ideas about MFL teaching etc... So, I said I would try it on. As tomorrow is the first session and I had no time to prepare a topic or anything, I thought I would put out a message to all teachers out there to come and introduce themselves so we can start the discussion. Please share this information with all your language teacher colleagues. The hashtag will be #mflire. Looking forward to seeing you there! Don't be shy! All welcome!
